DHL is hiring a Business IT Analyst to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will be in charge of IT Customer Facing domain for Express Costa Rica.

Reporting to the IT Senior Manager in CR, you will work with different teams such as Sales, Retail, OPS and others. This position connects to customers’ needs in order to provide support, guidelines and promotion of DHL’s Electronic Shipping Solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Make joint sales calls together with Sales staff, to demonstrate the benefits of DHL’s Electronic Shipping Solutions to customers.

• Help customers during initial Electronic Shipping Solutions deployment and guide customers through the implementation process for the Electronic Shipping

• Solutions to ensure adequate comprehension and proper usage of the application.

• Assist and guide customers setting up Electronic Shipping Solutions and customized management reports.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting queries and problems on Electronic Shipping Solutions.

• Visit Electronic Shipping Solutions customers on a regular basis to gauge satisfaction with the solutions, to ascertain any need for extra training and collect suggestions for improvements.

• Implement Customer Solution Projects.

• Drive initiatives for KPI improvement.

• Second Level Support Backup including partial on-call availability every month.

• Implement Power Apps and Power Automate initiatives with local impact.

Requisitos

Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering.
• · Advanced level of English (Spoken and written).
• · Possess programming, Extended Markup Language (XML) and JSON/REST knowledge would be an added advantage.
• · Minimum 3 years of experience in: Web Development, eCommerce setup using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and Project Management.
• · Possess excellent presentation, analytical, and motivational skills.
• · Strong teamwork / collaboration skills with good oral and written communication skills.
• · Proven experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
